How Do We Use "Cookies"? |

Visitors should be aware that
non-personal information and data may be
automatically collected by the Save Our
Planet Foundation Website through the

responsibility for monitoring the Save
Our Planet Foundation for inappropriate
Content or conduct. If at any time Save
Our Planet Foundation chooses, in its
sole discretion, to monitor the Save Our
Planet Foundation service, Save Our
Planet Foundation nonetheless assumes no
responsibility for the Content, no
obligation to modify or remove any
inappropriate Content, and no
responsibility for the conduct of the
User submitting any such Content. |

5. Discussion Board |
|

You are solely responsible for the
Content that you post on or through the
Save Our Planet Foundation Service, and
any material or information that you
transmit to other Members and for your
interactions with other Users. Save Our
Planet Foundation does not endorse and
has no control over the Content. Content
is not necessarily reviewed by Save Our
Planet Foundation prior to posting and
does not necessarily reflect the
opinions or policies of Save Our Planet
Foundation. Save Our Planet Foundation
makes no warranties, express or implied,
as to the Content or to the accuracy and
reliability of the Content or any

Foundation Service. Save Our Planet
Foundation hereby grants you a limited,
revocable, nonsublicensable license to
reproduce and display the Save Our
Planet Foundation Content (excluding any
software code) solely for your personal
use in connection with viewing the Save
Our Planet Foundation.org Website and
using the Save Our Planet Foundation

reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any
third party due to or arising out of

Foundation Service in violation of this
Agreement and/or arising from a breach
of this Agreement and/or any breach of
your representations and warranties set

8. Links |

Save Our Planet Foundation may provide,
or third parties may provide, links to
other World Wide Web sites or resources.
Because Save Our Planet Foundation has
no control over such sites and
resources, you acknowledge and agree
that Save Our Planet Foundation is not
responsible for the availability of such
external sites or resources, and does
not endorse and is not responsible or
liable for any Content, advertising,
products, or other materials on or
available from such sites or resources.
You further acknowledge and agree that
Save Our Planet Foundation shall not be
responsible or liable, directly or
indirectly, for any damage or loss
caused or alleged to be caused by or in
connection with use of or reliance on
any such Content, goods or services
available on or through any such site or

9. Disputes |
|

This Agreement constitutes the entire
agreement between you and Save Our
Planet Foundation, and govern your use
of the Service, superseding any prior
agreements between you and Save Our
Planet Foundation. You also may be
subject to additional terms and
conditions that may apply when you use
affiliate services, third-party content
or third-party software. If there is any
dispute about or involving the Save Our
Planet Foundation Service, you agree
that the dispute shall be governed by
the laws of Singapore. |

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY |

IN NO EVENT SHALL Save Our Planet
Foundation BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
