EnergyGreen uses Tissue Culture plantation for sustainable reforestation to combat Global Warming. A single tree in its lifetime can generate oxygen worth S$ 937,500, control air pollution worth S$ 1,860,000, recycle water worth S$1,125,000 and control soil erosion worth S$945,000.
 
 

The GreenWorld Institute is a company jointly established by Dr Jannie Tay with the Chinese government solely for the purpose of reforestation through Tissue Culture plantation.

 
The lab located in Jie Yang city of China is the foreground of Plant Tissue Culture development that extends to GreenWorld Plantations – open areas where the seedlings are planted to later develop into full-scale forests. It is considered to be one of the most productive models, given that the immediate beneficiaries are the farmers.
