Born in Malaysia, Dr Jannie Tay comes from a family of medical entrepreneurs. Being the eldest of seven children, she always carried with her intrinsic determination and strength. A quality that surfaced when she helped her family move to Australia, soon after her father’s demise.
 
Years later she was voted as the 25th most powerful woman in the world by MARIE CLAIRE , France. In 1971 Dr Jannie Tay was awarded a masters degree in Pharmacology from Monash University, Australia. After this she returned to Singapore with her husband Mr. Henry Tay. This is when she stumbled upon the next phase of life…
